Join us on March 23, 2021 for our next webinar, led by three attorneys at Fifth Third Bank: Jessica Dipre, Alyssa Sanker, and Daniel Kerlakian. Ms. Dipre, Ms. Sanker, and Mr. Kerlakian will present on in-house considerations regarding IP, data privacy, and financial crimes. They will speak on employee-created IP, strategic plans for cultivating new intellectual property, and the proper protections for the actual IP and the employee. The presentation will include a discussion of cannabis-related IP considerations and joint innovation with external companies and organizations. The presentation will then move into data privacy, discussing the general landscape of the field, challenges particular to in-house attorneys, and the implications on relationships with outside vendors. Finally, the presentation will conclude with a discussion on financial crimes, including a discussion on the changing legal landscape and specific developments concerning cannabis. We anticipate 1.0 hour of CLE credit in Ohio.

Jessica Dipre is a Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel with Fifth Third Bank.  She manages a team of attorneys responsible for information security, privacy, intellectual property, marketing, and financial crimes.  

Alyssa Sanker is a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel with Fifth Third Bank. She is responsible for advising business partners on information security, privacy, intellectual property, and marketing.  

Daniel Kerlakian is a Vice President and Legal Counsel with Fifth Third Bank. He provides legal support to business partners related to information security, privacy, and financial crimes.
