About the Speakers:
Mr. Luken is a partner in Dinsmore’s Cincinnati office. His practice focuses on patent infringement litigation and appeals, as well as complex commercial and other intellectual property litigation. He has handled patent infringement cases involving a variety of services and products.
Mr. Molloy is a partner is Dinsmore’s Dayton office. He is admitted to practice before the USPTO and has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of patents in the U.S. and abroad. He brings expertise in managing international patent portfolios, rendering patent opinions, and negotiating and drafting IP license agreements.
