Ted Davis is a Partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP who practices trademark, copyright, false advertising, and unfair competition law. Mr. Davis is a frequent author on intellectual property topics and has been lead author on several amicus briefs to the Supreme Court and other federal courts.
Mr. Davis is listed in the World Trademark Review 1000 as a leading United States attorney in trademark prosecution and strategy, as well as in enforcement and litigation. Mr. Davis is a past INTA board member and past chair of the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law.
