The UC College of Law, has announced the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic (ECDC), which is scheduled to open in January 2011. At the ECDC, 3rd year law students will obtain “hands on” experience representing local business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs of limited financial means on transactional legal issues critical to their success. The ECDC is accepting clients now in anticipation of its January opening.

They are currently recruiting local lawyers to serve as “clinic advisors”, who can enhance the qualitative and quantitative impact of the ECDC on students, clients, and the local economy.
