An Advertising Law Update on Natural Product Marketing

Procter & Gamble attorneys Eissabeth Swedenberg and Kaila Faig will provide an Advertising Law update on natural product marketing. Consumers are seeking out “natural” products in increasing numbers, focusing more on product ingredients and safety, while large and small companies alike race to establish a market share in this rapidly expanding market. Ms. Swedenberg and Ms. Faig will provide an overview on marketing strategies for products in the “natural” space, as well as highlights from recent court decisions and first-hand perspective on the ways marketers are navigating this evolving area.
