The Ethics of Legal Process Outsourcing for the IP Attorney

Round out the year with CincyIP and obtain an hour of Professional Conduct CLE on Tuesday, December 11 at The Hampton Inn & Suites.

Attorney Michael McCabe will lead us in a discussion on the Ethics of Legal Process Outsourcing for the IP Attorney.

Mr. McCabe will address the ethics rules that apply to outsourcing time-intensive work such as document review and production, and the ways in which IP practitioners must conduct themselves when outsourcing work. As the multi-billion dollar legal service outsourcing industry continues to grow, IP practitioners must understand their ethical duties when using such services.

REGISTER HERE by December 6th at noon.

*This month’s meeting will be held at the Hampton Inn & Suites downtown, which is on Vine Street around the corner from The Cincinnatian.
