Branding in a World of Global Marketing: Has the Lanham Act Kept Pact?

The University Dayton School of Law presents “Branding in a World of Global Marketing: Has the Lanham Act Kept Pace?” The program, as part of UD’s Scholarly Symposia Series on Current Issues in Intellectual Property Law, will be held on September 28, 2010 from 6:00pm – 8:30pm, and will feature Professor John Cross, Grosscurth Professor of Intellectual Property Law at the University of Louisville School of Law, followed by a hearty debate. The course has been approved for 1.50 Ohio CLE credits.
